I’ve been away from the Saturday workouts the last couple Saturdays for multiple reasons. So when I saw a opening this week I jumped on it.
Weather: a cool breeze

warmups: 25 SSH
Its a all 50 train ride today
50 Squats
50 push ups
50 pull-ups and run to top of bridge and do 50 LBCs. Rinse and repeat 3 times, but recovered at 2 and half Rounds. Next for a rest period there was 25 SSH, and balls to the wall for a 50 count.
Next group of exercises: 50 wurly boys, 50 American hammers , and 50 V ups. 3 rounds.

Good Job to everyone even Pusher who had to leave early for work. But it was great to see him out and everyone else who wanted to get better. Our numbers have been down during the past few weeks for multiple reasons but with the summer vacations coming to a close will start seeing higher numbers.
