YHC got to the parking lot very early tHis morning, 5 am. First one there. Wasn’t long others began to show up. In great anticipation of an overwhelming beatdown by the Meter, those of us present at that early hour were getting pumped listening to “Thunderstruck” blasting through the speakers of my mother-in-law’s Malibu! As more pax roll in Sugar saunters up with a weinke in his hand. “What’s this Sugar? Where is Meter?” Not coming. An attack of some sort. Hope you’re feeling better, bud!
We did decide to use his workout with one slight modification…the addition of Coupons.

- Dr. Phil did not realize he had grabbed the heaviest block on the premises until he almost started stroking out on the chest presses. YHC relieved him of it for the Tricep Ext but…I honestly think he would have done just fine had I not stolen it.
- I came to understand this was a potential IronPaxChallenge w/o. But without the blocks. That’d be a good one. I think everyone who does it would definitely finish within the prescribed 45 minutes. Some with multiple minutes to spare.
- Both Sour and Pacer agreed, verbally, to begin Q’ing. Let’s hold their feet to the fire on that.
- It was good to have Bologna in our midst. Keep him in your prayers as he seeks to fly right!
