Blu’s daughter- while training for Triathlon had a bad bike wreck.  Nothing to serious but enough to knock her out of the triathlon.

YHC was checking the Q-sheet yesterday as the AOQ for Terrapin to give a shout out for todays workout.  Found the Q-sheet empty for today.  So, YHC assigned it to Blu since he needed the motivation.  YHC didn’t sleep well, waking up every hour on the hour, so was considering every minute on the minute workout.  But YHC came up with the Murph-type workout instead.  Sometimes it is good to workout in a “team” atmosphere to push other pax to the max.  I feel like that was done this morning.  everyone seemed to enjoy that concept.  Kuddos to encinoman for participating with a vest.  Beano was with my team of 5 and when we got to the squats, he stated, “I’ll do them until my knee tells me to stop.”  I don’t know how many he did (I know it was more than his share), but he did them until we completed the 1000.  Enjoyed the crowd, the temperature and the work.  Until next time Blu is out.
