High knee walk to first set of steps at the back of the school

20 Lunges (count both legs)

20 Air Squats

20 Monkey Humpers

Mosey up back then up the steps by the HVAC units

20 Dips

20 Merkins

20 Incline Merkins

Mosey down the steps then up the CM

20 Flutter Kicks (count one leg)

20 Reverse Crunches (FYI reverse crunches in the rain on wet concrete sounds like a disturbing blend of uncontrollable flatulence and queefing)

20 Mountain Climbers

Rinse and repeat until dead

*Both PAX were running on empty from lack of sleep and DD on Tuesday. QIC was extra bent by golf that afternoon. QIC’s golf team did win, just so you know.
