F3 Greenwood

YHC has been away from Qing for awhile because i wanted to hit up Fury and see what all the fuz was about but, with a opening at terripen i jump all over it. So, lets get started.

weather: mild, but muggy.

warmups: 30 SSH, 15 cut the grass, and 10 merkens on your own.

Grabbed coupons, and meant at the tree line.

first round: 10 one handed merkens counting both sides as one, 20 weighted squats, and 30 tricep extensions, bear crawl to the in front of rest rooms and do 40 crunches, and bear crawl back, and repeat. 3 rounds which we stopped at two and a half because of time. Had a ten count break and after we had a balls to the wall for a 30 count, then we were off to the second part of the workouts. 20 over head press, 30 tricep extensions,40 curls, and 10 extended grip pullups. 3 rounds. After we had another ten count which went surprisingly slower than the first one, and that followed up a balls to the wall 30 count. For our final round we got our coupons and meant in the gazebo and did 15 man maker weighted stepups with the blocks, but only got halfway due to time. Returned our coupons, and did names, and annoincements. We had a short laugh during the workout listening to Quickies nephew turtle head say that he was expecting to do some old man stretches, old man running on his first appearance at F3. Not quite there yet turtle head, but he seems to return after the beatdown so lets welcom him to the F3 family.Good to see Trav out atterripen again, and i can never seem to keep up with Quickie,Beano and bengay even when i come up with the exercises.
