YHC had the Q for this Tuesday edition of the Shipyard.  After performing the Battleship the previous Thursday, YHC decided to try to come up with something a little more original that would have the pax leaving the yard wondering what just hit them.

20 SSH – IC
20 Windmills – IC

Grab a coupon a meet at the bottom of the Concete Monster

The THANG

Partner up.  Partner 1 starts off by farmer carrying two coupons up the CM, and around the car pickup loop in front of the school.  Partner 2 performs 20 merkins and then chases down Partner 1.  Coupons are exchanged.  Partner 2 continues the farmer carry while Partner 1 performs 20 merkins and then catches Partner 2.  Repeat until you are back at the bottom of the CM.

That sucked so bad, let’s do it again, this time with 20 LBC’s instead of merkins.

Once all pax are back at the bottom of the CM, remainder of the work is individual.

• Bearcrawl up the CM
• 20 V-ups at the top
• Run down the CM and over to the back patio
• 10 box jump burpees
• Run back to the bottom of the CM
• 30 American Hammers
• Rinse and repeat until time is called

All pax made it through at least two rounds of this before time was called.
