Boy George has built the 2.0 workouts from a cool idea to a entire kids program, with monthly workouts & camping trips. He has done great things to help us find ways to be better dads and spend quality time with our kids. However, his duties as Mayor of the Greater Hodges Metropolitan Area have led him to the decision to step down as 2.0 AOQ. We appreciate him and thank him for all he has done. YHC has been appointed to take over as 2.0 AOQ, so on a rainy Memorial Day Saturday, the dads and 2.0s assembled for some rainy day fun. We were excited to have several new faces to join us for fun and games!

The Thang
Duck walk relay race: 2 teams, each pax has to duck walk to the end of the field, do 10 Merkins, then sprint back to tag the next person. Team that loses has to do 10 Burpees
Frog hop relay: Same, except frog hop down, with 20 Copperhead squats
Red Rover:
2 teams of pax/2.0s, Play Red Rover, If the person called breaks through, the calling team does 20 Mountain Climbers. If they don’t break through, the called team does 20 Mountain Climbers. Repeat with big boy sit-ups.
