**It was here we were interrupted by a City of Greenwood police officer and told the park did not open until dawn. So we audibled and took our work to the Dentist office parking lot right outside of the gates. We all finished our merkins and continued on.***
Bear Crawl to opposite curb (~40 yards)
100 Chest presses
Broad Jump back down (~40 yards)
100 Bonnie Blairs (count each leg)
Bear Crawl back up (~40 yards)
*I forgot the called exercise here and my cheat sheet was still in the park. I was all discombobulated and forgot about the 100 ab exercises. So we did the following as a substitute.*
25 Thrusters, 25 OH presses, 25 KB Swings, 25 Bent Rows
25 Burpees

- Needless to say, today’s workout was a bit disjointed. That said, I was feeling pretty worn down at the conclusion. Good job by a large group.
- Good to see consistent new faces with Chilly and Pinto. Also good to see 2C back at Terrapin.
- The barnacle blocks at terrapin are the bomb.
