A couple of years ago YHC attended my first Red Friday workout. Don’t remember who was the Q, but i remember the workout. It was two of the shorter WODs, when done together pain was delivered. I decided a repeat was required.
Weather was perfect a crisp 52 degrees. Got started on time (duggar had a date with some turkeys.) Disclaimer may or not have been given- we moseyed to the coupon cage. Everyone grabbed a coupon, and left the cage, stopped right outside the cage to do the work. Duggar grabbed a extra large coupon, but then decided against it.
The following work was done.
OMAR (read about Omar below)
20 Thrusters
15 Burpees
40 Thrusters
25 Burpees
60 Thrusters
35 Burpees
This workout as most all Hero WODs are done against the clock. Time was kept, but during the day YHCs phone died and timing for this event was lost. Times ranged from 12 minutes and some change to 15 minutes and some change.

Next we did BRENTON, which consists of
100 ft Bear crawl
broad jump back, after every 5 jumps, do 3 burpees.
3 rounds for time (time was not kept for this on)
All men completed this WOD in short time. Announcements and prayer followed. Great group of guys. Love hanging with them in the gloom.
