Back Down the Ladder… note: before we went back down the ladder, YHC called on Flow to give us a 10 count. “A what?” says Flow. It was his cherry 10 count. He finally gained insight from Pusher on how to perform and i must say, to the Pax dismay, Flow’s maiden 10 count was really quick.

YHC called on different pax to deliver the 30 count. This included Unplugged who has much improved on his “Thow-zand” counting. No Gomer Pile’n it today.

YHC called the exercise then called on different Pax to gives us what would be the count for that exercise. All done OYO and no count less than 15. Unless you’re Baby Blu and you hate Tricep Ext. In that case you call “Ten”.
