NMS:
* March has been a good month for FNG’s. Welcome Grimm, Kevin Garrison. Just remember, the workouts won’t necessarily get an easier, but you’ll get better. It’s all a work in progress.
* Grimm was almost named Tardy, because he was a few minutes late. Despite the fact he says he was in the parking lot at 4:50…
* Duggar and Sunshine continue to log miles for the P200 by running to the Shipyard this morning. #Teamtobeat (If it was a competition)
* Navy Seals bring a nice little twist to the Burpee. Was watching the movie Shot Caller (It’s a fiction movie UJ, so you’ll have to find out what it is at my next Q) and the Inmate with “the keys to the yard” called 500 Navy Seals. Had to hit the rewind to figure out exactly what they were doing. Can’t imagine doing 500. Of course by Duggar math we probably did, like 5,000…
* A lot of hard work was put in and a lot of encouragement was spread. Keep up the good work men.
Until the next Q,
The Meter is paid in full…
