The Main Thang

Exercise as a group. When finished with your reps, plank for the six.

 

Start at the Top of the concrete monster.

 

30 Plank Drag Block, 20 Curls

Run 6 trips up and down the stairs and mosey to the bottom of the concrete monster.

30 merkins and 20 reverse crunches.

Run to the first station at the back of the school.

30 box jumps and 20 Monkey Humpers

Run to the wall at the other end of the school.

30 mountain climbers and 20 squats.

Run to the far light pole.

30 jungle boi squats and 20 LBC.

Run to the flag pole.

30 american hammers and 20 flutter kicks.

Run to the benches in front of the school.

30 dips on the bench and 20 leg raises.

Run to the top of the concrete monster.

Repeat reducing the first exercise reps by 5.

We were able to finish 1 1/2 laps before time ran out.
