Carry coupon to each station.
You must return to the 50 yard line after completing a station.
Right hand farmer carry out to each station.
Left hand farmer carry back to the 50 yard line.
Station 1 – Overhead Press
Station 2 – Curls
Station 3 – Bench Press
Station 4 – Bent Rows
Reps at each station – 50 (decreases by 10 each time you visit a station)
Audibles called – 30 sec plank & 2 min Wall sit
We were able to complete 2 full rounds in the time allotted.
With 10 min left on the clock we returned the coupons and moseyed down to the fake field.

2 min wall sits were definitely a crowd pleaser. At least no one fell this time.
This was a little different type of workout than I usually Q. I think it was well received.
If you don’t like the way I Q a workout, you need to step up and get your name on the Q sheet so I can’t.
Good to be able to get back out and participate in something other than a running event.
