5 pax gathered for an early morning session at the turtle capital of F3 Greenwood. Weather was perfect mid 50’s. YHC had been thinking about a new challenge for the Terrapin AO. Finally decided to test it out on the pax this morning. Declaimer given. Pax were also given instructions to look out for automobiles. NMS: The introduction of the Mad Triangle. The top of the bridge, the stop sign at the intersection of Charles and Montague, and the parking lot at the dentist office form a triangle. These routes have been run often on Fridays at the hill runs. YHC decided to incorporate the hills into a turtle challenge by add some work between consecutive hill runs. (Though YHC has never done the official Friday Hills-I thought this would provide a new challenge to the turtle place.) I think most of the pax in attendance agreed. BenGay set the pace followed by Sunshine. All pax in attendance pushed themselves and got better. All triangles are not equal and this one truly had some suck.
Great work! It was a pleasure to join you in the beatdown. Until next time, BabyBlu out.
