Weather was nice, around 39 degrees.  Glad to see Bengay to avoid the awkward 2 man BOM.  YHC promised a leg friendly workout, and it was delivered.  Unfortunately the shoulders suffered greatly.

YHC thought we had seriously bitten off more than could be chewed after the first 10 hands-to-wall merkins.  But we persevered, without modification to the planned work.  The pax did 8 different types of merkins and around 210 reps total.  It was really great working with Bengay and MaryAnne.
