F3 Greenwood

YHC has been in the habit lately of reusing previous Q’s.  Its easier to write the BB and at times time is limited for planning a Q, but apparently not getting them written on time.  YHC has also been Q’ing a Thursday upper body only workout in preparation for the P200.

I have been convicted lately that I have gotten away from what I loved about F3 in the beginning and what makes this crazy thing work.  I’ve become too focused at times on the 1st F and neglected and other 2.  I don’t prepare devotionals for my Q’s and am not engaging everyone as much as I should.  I’ve also fallen into the trap of trying to plan the hardest Q imaginable.  So I’ve decided to begin turning over a new leaf and getting my focus back in line.  Today was the start of that and the perfect opportunity with only 2 other PAX posting made it easy to open up and truly share our struggles with one another.

Tickle, Special K and I had a good discussion about our struggles as men and how at times we lose focus and how we need to focused on Christ always and some days its an every minute refresher we need.  We shared prayer request and struggles and I’m thinking of and praying for you guys.  The workouts are great and the physical gains are fun but what I’m really interested in is sharing life together, having brothers to lean on in difficult times, having brothers to push me and challenge me in the Word.  I’m committed to this group in all aspects and all 3 F’s.  Life is messy and difficult at times but we will persevere together.

In the center perform 30 Overhead Press, this call brought out the complaining Polly,  then run to one corner and perform 10 Bonnie Blairs, run back to middle 30 Overhead Press, run to another corner 10 Air Squats, back to middle 30 Overhead Press, run to another corner 10 Jump Squats, back to middle 30 Overhead Press, run to last corner 10 Lunge Steps, back to middle 30 Chest Press…Recover
