F3 Greenwood

Uncle Jesse had an appointment with a Country Music Legend last night, and asked if someone wanted to step and take his Q.  I needed some extra motivation to ensure that I would actually post this morning, so I quickly volunteered.

Conditions: Cold, really Cold, really really really Cold, or about normal for Greenwood so far in 2018.  Luckily it wasn’t wet and rainy!

The Warm Up:

30 Burpees

30 Reverse Crunches

30 Dips (at the bench closest to the Flag Pole)

30 LBC’s

Mosey to the coupon stack and then to the opposite Flag pole.  (It just occurred to YHC that there are two Flag poles in the park roughly 100yds apart.  Why?)

The THANG:

5 Rds of 40 Reps

One Legged Merkins ( changing legs to get equal reps)

Leg Raises

Curls

BBSU’s

Pike Merkins w/feet on coupon

Mosey to Flag Pole bench and perform 20 Dips then mosey back.

Rinse and Repeat

With 30 seconds left, YHC called for a 1 minute plank to end on.

COT:  This was a mobile COT as we were taking the blocks back and walking to the parking lot.

Prayer Requests:

Blu’s Daughter and Son-in-law

Koby’s Mom & Koby’s legs

Gremlin and his family

Naked Man Moleskin:

Alpo came in hot and right on time, so it was his normal posting routine.  Certainly there was some doubt creeping up to Blu and Koby that YHC might be fartsacking.  NOT so lucky!

Koby wanted to bootcamp, but didn’t want to work his legs. So I changed up the Q and hopefully he wasn’t disappointed.  It was good to have him out.

Blu finally made good on that HC to Terrapin from last week.  He beasted the work as only he can do.

It was cold going to the car, it was cold getting out at Terrapin, but after those 30 Burpees everything kind of warmed up.  I’m glad I posted.  I’m glad Koby and Blu did as well.  Work was done and we’re all 3 better for it.  In the words of Travis Tritt, until next time, Take It Easy.
