It was another cold one out in the gloom this morning.  By my count, that makes over a week straight with sub-freezing temperatures during our normal workout time.  I, for one, am just about tired of it.  The novelty of workout in stupid cold weather has worn off.  Luckily, it looks like the gloom temps are forecasted to rise as this week progresses.  Hopefully, as that happens, the number of pax posting will rise as well.

The cold didn’t deter 15 pax from coming out and getting better this morning.  That was quite a few more than had HC’ed last night.  We ran out, then we ran back.  Good work men, let’s keep pushing each other and getting better.
