Mr. Bean was having some logistic issues along with a case of the crud, so YHC, crud and all, decided to help the bean out and take his Q opportunity. The weather was cooperating, wet ground, so we pushed the workout to concrete.

The THANG:
Partner up for a little DORA
100 Burpees
200 OH presses
300 Curls
Partner at bottom of the monster does the work, other partner runs to the top and does 5 hand release merkins, returns and flip flop with partner until all work is done.
Leave coupons, and mosey to the back patio:
continue partner work:
100 box jumps (set-ups)
One partner does work while the other moseys down the drive and does 10 LBCs.
Mosey back down to the base of the CM for 3 rounds of 21-15-9
21-Alpos
15 KB swings
9- Goblet Squats
after each round sprint up the steps then around back down the hill.
Time called- return coupons, circle up around the flag.

NMS:
YHC needed to take the Q to make sure he showed. The crud has been eating into sleep and making it difficult to post. Great group today after only 3 HCs on the twitter universe. A big flip this morning with Duggar realizing he belonged at the Ship and not with the Fury meatheads. (Remember, YHC is subQing for Bean, so Im just thinking about stuff that Bean might say.)
YHC was shocked when 2/3s through above workout some of the pax suggested that YHC might be “making this up” as we went along. Maybe it was because i used no notes and they were surprised that YHC could remember such detailed plans without writing them down. Oh well, let me assure you I spent at least 60 seconds designing and planning workout.
It was good having Governor back out for a second time this week! Spud and Pothole, appreciate you guys too for posting. And the forever SHIP regulars, Special K and the AOQ Tickle always push the rock. Beano, even with injury continues to post and modify where he has too.
