Round 2: KB Swing, Goblet Squats, VUps
Round 3: Curles, Man Makers, Flutter Kicks
Round 4: Curles, BonnyBlairs, Reverse Situps
Round 5: Pushups, Thrusters, Leg Raises
We had two minutes remaining so we did 20 reps of BigBois, FlutterKicks and Reverse Situps.
Recover was called during Paradise City…naturally.
I’m not sure this was the exact order and all the activities are grouped accurately, but it’s all there…we did curles twice. I meant to say tricept extension, but a couple folks already kicked off before I could stop…no problemo.
I’ve not Qed in a long time. I was pleased when everyone said it was hard. I kicked off a late night (8pm) twitter campaign to draw a crowd — Piddler was the only tagged pax to attend. He admitted he oversleeping for Fury…I was crushed…so I trolled him in the title.
