3 left early to get in 10 miles
Some ran an out n back for various mileage
A few stopped off at Terrapin for some hill repeats

All returned safely

* Posh, Dixie Chick, and Sugar got up way too early and ran 10 miles this morning. That’s what committing to an event will do for you. It gives you the extra motivation you need to get up when it’s not the best of conditions. Great work men.
* Corncob, along with several other Pax and M’s, will be running Kiawah. Good luck and enjoy yourself.
* Meatloaf stressed the importance of making sure you pay attention while out running. Not only does the bad weather make it harder for drivers to see you, but to add to it, there are some crazy people out there that drive like they stole something. You always have to assume they don’t see you and get out of the way. When it comes to a fight with a vehicle, no matter how much you have trained, you will always lose that battle. So lets stay safe out there.
