NMS:

* Kudos to Bean-O and all the other Pax that are dealing with injuries, but continue to post. Nothing wrong with modifying what you need to modify.
* Quiet workout for the most part.
* Being that F3 Greenwood enjoys a good tune or two during CSUPs and workouts, I figured today should be no different. Playlist included anything from AC/DC, Creed, GnR, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Zombies. Yes that’s right, the Zombies. I have a fairly wide range of music taste and a while back added Time of the Season to my play list. Didn’t think much about it, but when the tune started up just as we were winding down, Blu picked up on it right away. Must have brought back some good memories.

Until the next Q,
The Meter is paid up.
