Numbers at bootcamps have been down lately and having the Nantan and Uncle Jesse both Qing at the other locations this morning, YHC wasn’t sure what kind of crowd to expect.  Once it hit 5:15, there were seven pax that were in the Shipyard parking lot.  Six of us getting started and Blueprint was coming in hot, but we’re glad he made it.

Conditions: 40°

-When we started SSH’s I was planning on stopping at 20 but as Blueprint was pulling in, I wanted to make sure he had the opportunity to get a few reps in, so we kept going.  I think he got at least 10-15 reps and the rest of us got 50.
-As I was starting to put the plan together last night, I got a text from Pusher requesting that we don’t do any bear crawls in the wet grass since it was so cold.  I honestly had not thought about doing bear crawls at all until then, but it sounded like Pusher wanted to bear crawl the concrete monster to me, so it went into the plan.  #thankspusher
-Solid effort by all the pax there this morning.  Especially Beano who pushed through injury with minimal modifications.
-As the temps have dropped, so have the number of pax posting.  With that trend in mind, I was honestly thankful to have 6 other guys post this morning.  We all need this, we all need each other and can get more out of the workouts when there are more pax posting.  It’s not just about the workout.  If you don’t feel like posting for yourself, think about the brother that is out there who needs you to post.  Let’s get this machine rolling again.
