Conditions were soggy, foggy, and cool. I was really wondering how many would show up, not alot of chatter on twitter. Turns out had three pax that were ready to put out max effort.

Warmup would consist of a set of 11’s doing 10 pull-ups and 1 burpee. Counting down on pull-ups and counting up on burpees. Originally planned to mosey between the flag pole and the jungle gym doing burpees at flag pole. Audible called (sprinkers were on in the field) so we did burpees at the outhouse.
Main Thang:
Four pax, four stations. Rotate between the four stations performing the exercises in cadence, 10 reps.

Not a lot of words from this group, just a lot of work. Sunshine did complain about his legs still being sore from Red Friday with the bonnie blairs. SS also complained about pull-ups being one of his weaknesses- but he powered through them. I call my daughter Sunshine- not after Warren, though. BenGay and Beano don’t say a whole lot, but they put in the work. Enjoyed the fellowship and the work that was done. Always a pleasure! Blu out til next time.
