NMS: So glad I was Q today. If I would have woke up to cold rain, would have been right back down in bed probably. What I have noticed both from Spartan Sunday and this morning, once you get going , wetness is none factor. Unless a monsoon or under 40 degrees to be honest. But above that, it actually doesn;t bother me. Good knowing going forward so I will be more consistent this winter. Now, freezing and below, sorry brothers, I am just an old man when that happens. 50/50 to show.
Really liked our group this am. 6 other Pax I have known and worked out with for long time. Now, always love working out with newer faces and building bonds, so all you who missed this am , get back out in gloom. But good group today, didn’t have to say much , we just jumped in station to station. And some good banter to try and disrupt Uncle Pusher. But he was not distracted.
