Mumblechatter was limited due to the work being done. YHC made a comment to Special K in the midst of the #Beatdown that it was pretty quiet. Special K’s response was in line with how the pax were feeling……..”Just trying to breathe”

PS. Watch the bleachers on the last bottom stretch. Oh wait, YHC said that and still hit the dip.

It was great being back in the gloom with the pax. It has been an up and down Summer for YHC and a few nagging injuries have not been helping. Hopefully, all is good now. The fellowship with the pax has been missed. F3 has a reputation as a workout group but the fellowship and support is what makes it unique. Looking forward to getting back to it. Flossy out!
