F3 Greenwood

YHC’s usual run to the EpiCenter on Tuesday and Thursday mornings takes him past the “Forgotten Playground” on the backside of the EpiCenter. Every time I pass, I think of what could be done there and waited for the opportunity to use the many opportunities that were there, especially the swings. Well, today was the day.

5:14 rolled around and Polly wondered where Weaver was since he defected to Fury on Tuesday, but he didn’t show again. Quickie mentioned that Encino Man was on his way. The disclaimer was given and off we went.

Warm Up

SSH in cadence x21 (YHC lost count)

Imperial Walkers in cadence x 20 (Encino Man came in hot somewhere in the middle of these)

Little Baby Arm Circles forwards and backwards in cadence x 15

Overhead Arm Claps in cadence x 10

Forward Arm Claps in cadence x 10

The Thang

There has been a lot of coupon work lately, so, YHC decided after Tuesday’s Dora led by Judge Hairy, that there would be none of that today and a return to an interval type workout would be done. After the warm-up, we began a long mosey past the soccer field and the coupon cage, around the bend, past the tennis courts and arrived at the “Forgotten Playground”.

As always Kudzu is a blast to have out there. He keeps the workouts light and entertaining. You always know it’s a good one when he asks the “Bad Man to Stop”. Keep up the good work.

It was good to see Pooh Bear back out there.
