Before I went to bed last night, I planned a total body workout that involved partner work and a tour of the many options that the Epicenter has to offer.
When I arrived this morning and realized that we were going to have an odd number of pax present, I scrapped that whole idea and went with something a little different. So I will file my plan away for the next Q.

Its been a while since I have been out to a BC and I need to get back out to them on a regular basis. That probably means I will be signing up to Q more often. It’s the best way I have found to make myself show up. I had fun today and was reminded how much I enjoy posting at the Epicenter.
Lego was out ahead of the pack for the entire workout. Great work!
Welcome our newest FNG, Wiffy(Eric Hawthorne)! How did he get stuck with that nickname? Well, he works in IT, he’s a gamer, and is into anything “technology”. We batted around a few nicknames, but nothing would stick. Someone called out, “Wi-fi.” That quickly morphed into “Wiffy”, and it stuck. Give him a follow on Twitter @erichawthorne.
Thanks for the opportunity to lead another workout and encouraging me to get better daily.
