F3 Greenwood

6 guys decided to start their day a Terrapin.  It goes without saying that 9/11 is an important day in our history and I’ve performed this workout a few year in a row on or around the anniversary.  It went like this:

1 mile run (actually was .75 miles)

  • 11 Big Boi Situps
  • 11 Jungle Boi Squats (Capri Style)
  • 11 Curls
  • 11 Manmakers
  • 11 V Ups
  • 11 Pullups
  • 11 KB Swings
  • 11 Burpees

1 mile run (was actually 1.25 miles)
