With BRR approaching quickly YHC continues to Q upperbody and ab workouts.

I joked that today would be a Mini Meatloaf, in reference to the Meatloaf Massacre that is Q’d occasionally at RedFriday.

40 Curls

30 Overhead Press

20 Pull-Overs

10 Alpos (I think)

Run a lap around the field

25 BBS

Rinse and repeat add a extra lap around the field after each set

Everyone completed 4 full sets with Blueprint finishing off the work on the 5th set as time was called

Return the coupons and count up, name up and pray up
