Hello out there.

Our Wednesday run is very simple.  We just show up and run.  Some PAX go XL, some go XXL and some simply do the 5K.  Some attempt to #redline or PR, while others simply walk.  Anything goes at this run. But, in the end, we all get in work and gather together at 6:00.

Usually, we meet at Starbucks, but due to some renovations, it will be closed for three weeks.  So, we moved to run to the Panera parking lot.

24 PAX decided to show up and get better.  A disclaimer was given and the PAX ran.  And returned. That’s a good thing.

It was a good morning.

Only about 5 or 6 PAX decided to get coffee and socialize at Panera.  Nothing like Starbucks.  But, we only have two more weeks.  We can put up with anything for a short period of time.

T-Claps to Beano for crawling through the back window of my truck to unlock my doors so I could get my keys that were locked inside.  I was a little too thick to get through that window. I always carry a spare in a little velcro pouch on my shoe. Today, the velcro became undone and my key was lost somewhere on the route.  So, if anyone finds a key on that route, let me know.
