I have been Q’ing a bunch lately (lots of new guys are prime for a VQ!). YHC’s creativity was running a little low, so a bunch of odd work that had planned but not used from previous Q’s was tossed together and it made for a challenging morning!
Warm-up.
Side straddle hops: 20 in cadence.
Alternating shoulder taps 20
15 squats in cadence.
The Thang:
Plenty of work and plenty of recovery was the goal. YHC wanted the work sets to be done all out as much as possible. Ample time was going to be given for recovery between pieces of work (not sure if this achieved.)
21-15-9 pull-ups and thrusters
21-15-9 burpee box jumps and v-ups
21-15-9 Man-makers and squats with a bear crawl up and down the grassy hill at Terrapin.
Great effort by everyone! Great to have Corncob out after a break from posting. We had a smaller crowd but the cool weather was amazing! Weaver smashes everything he does! 2C is awesome and can flat work!
