With YHC participating in Spartan event this weekend, I decided to pick up a few bootcamp Qs so that I could control the work being down in order to attend the workouts but not have to worry about having to do a ton of thrusters or BonnieBlairs or any other leg blasting workouts. That being said, the following wasn’t a snotwogler, but it wasn’t a walk in the park either.

Pax 1 does farmer carry ~30 yards and back
Pax 2 does low plank
Pax 3 does Merkins
When pax 1 returns, alternate exercise until each pax has done each exercise – completed 2 rounds

Glad to have Refugee make his first appearance at Shipyard
Refugee, MrBelding and YHC went for a PreRun to get the blood flowing – MrBelding sustained some sort of locked up calf in the process
Unlike MrBean, MrBelding fought through the pain of the locked calf and completed the bootcamp
When YHC Qs, I typically like to end with a pax choice segment. Hopefully this helps to serve as an opportunity for pax who don’t/haven’t Q to get their feet wet and decide to jump onto the Q sheet
