Conditions – HOT and humid and temperature (who knows, but it was muggy for sure).  A crowd of 13 PAX were on hand for this mornings O&B.

Disclaimer was given, although most PAX were talking and didn’t hear it.

We ran, several routes and distances, and all returned, although 3 did miss the BOM.

• Did I mention it was hot and muggy?  YHC really struggled with that today and I think a few others did as well.
• Juggs was at the O&B today.  I told him there was a bootcamp at Terrapin, but he decided to stay with us.  Something about training for some hills…….
• YHC will be on the Q at the Tsunami this Thursday 7/27, although apparently Pusher has no clue.  In his defense I’ve only been signed up for a week or so.  Regardless, all are welcome to attend!
