7 pax arrived at the Uptown Greenwood fountain at various times this morning for a little run.  All pax seemingly left at different times, to run different distances, at different paces, on different routes.  But all safely returned at 0600 for the COT.  We  counted, named, announced, and prayed for Rocky and pax traveling on vacation.

To piggyback on Judge Judy’s BB from Wednesday, this F3 thing is pretty cool.  It’s pretty amazing to bring out so many different men in different stages of life for one purpose at 0515 nearly every morning.  This morning, we had one pax who is getting ready to start his freshman year at the Citadel, one pax who has #Respect, and many others in between.  All supported each other, all pushed each other, and all #gotbetter.  What a great way to start the day.  If you haven’t posted in a while, get back out there – we need you and you need us.
