Run to end of each arm of the starfish do exercise listed below for each station, then return to center for Australian Mountain Climbers between each arm of the Starfish.

#3 – 25 Heartbreak Hill bear crawl up, crab walk back down
#4 – 20 Decline Merkins
#5 – 20 Chest Presses
Repeat circuit, reducing number of reps by 5 each time you complete a circuit.
Goal is to complete 4 rounds in 45 minutes.

The ORIGINAL format of the “Starfish Challenge” was designed for a 60 minute boot camp. YHC figured if Tsunami could modify its “Godzilla Challenge” into, “Son of Godzilla”, “Godzilla’s Nephew”, “Godzilla’s 2nd Cousin twice removed,” then we could modify the “Starfish Challenge.” It was modified slightly from its original version in an attempt to squeeze it into 45 minutes. We were able to complete two full circuits before “recover” was called. This format might be a better option for the 60 minute boot camp, and further modifications may need to be made to accommodate the 45 minute format.
It was great meeting FLOATER who posted at Starbucks for the first time yesterday. YHC Smart-sacked yesterday and had not met him. Great to have Thumper back at the Epicenter and thanks for EH’ing FLOATER.
Everyone put in a SOLID workout today trying our best to beat the Starfish. Otis and Weaver killed it and Lego was doing his best not to splash merlot, we will have to try harder next time!
