Second Monday in a row for the Q at Terrapin.  Was surprised when I checked the Q sheet on Sunday afternoon and saw BabyBlu listed as Q.  But no worries, I really like the atmosphere.  Wanted to come up with something a little different, but as it usually does- it ended up with some block work.  This is what had happened:

Head to the coupon pile and grab a coupon.  Several adventurous pax grabbed one of the coupons that were harvested from the bottom of the ocean just so they could complain/brag about how heavy it was.  But more about this later.

Interesting day, upon arrival, I retrieved my speaker to play some tunes.  Well, Uncle Jesse had his already out and I agreed to let Jesse play his list.  So, during the workout, Jesse starts playing name the artist game.  Lots of mumble chatter.  Finally had to get the pax to get back to work.  But all in all, the classic rock provided some good beats to perform the exercises.
