17 Pax, some new, some old, all posted to put some work in at the Shipyard.

Conditions: muggy…

Disclaimer: Given

Let’s mosey to the bottom of the Concrete Monster.

COP:
Cut the grass
Side straddle hops
Merkins
(No point in adding anything about reps, in cadence, or anything else. I butchered that enough this morning)

The work:

Concrete monster: Burpees
Start with 25 reps, sprint to the top of the concrete monster and mosey back down. Then cut reps by 5 after each set and work down to zero.
LBCs for the 6 (foreshadowing)

Front of Gym: LBCs
Start with 50 reps, sprint to the bottom of the parking lot and mosey back up. Then cut reps by 10 after each set and work down to zero.
Squats for the 6 (more foreshadowing)

Front of School: Squats
Start with 25 reps, run a lap around the Flag Pole loop. Then cut reps by 5 after each set and work down to zero.
Merkins for the 6 (catching on yet?)

Student parking lot: Merkins
Start with 25 reps, run light pole suicides (3 poles). Then cut reps by 5 after each set and work down to zero.
American Hammers (yep… You guessed it)

Back right parking lot: American Hammers
Start with 50 reps, Karaoke from pole to pole. Then cut reps by 10 after each set and work down to zero.
Nope, no Mr. Ed this time.

Form 2 lines and run a Merkin Indian Run around the backside of the school and back up to the Shovel Flag.

Announcements:
* Tsunami is closed on the 4th, all other AOs will be open.

* Laurens launch

Prayer Request:
* Rocky
* Wayne Gantt
* Sam Riley

NMS:
* One of the best aspects of Saturday’s workouts are the fact that we have one option. So we get the chance to see guys that post to other AOs durning the week.
* Enjoyed seeing a good mix of newer guys and long standing members.
* Solid number of guys posting. Keep it up and keep reaching out to others.

Until the next Q,
