9 PAX caught the Tsunami Wave. Now that school’s out for summer, I’m thinking the numbers at Tsunami will rise like the tides. I know I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to double down and get some more work in. We had 5 double downers (YHC, Sunshine, Buck, Ball Bag, Pusher) this morning.
It was a very humid morning and the sweat was rolling. The 5:15 workout promised to be stationary, so I thought I would mix in a bit of running intentionally to get the legs moving. I went with a standard workout that generally takes 30-40 mins depending on the PAX. It went down like this:
Warm up
10 SSH IC
The Thang
Mini Brenton (In honor of the mini Murph)
1 round instead of three
30 yard bear crawl out
30 yard Broad Jump Back with 3 burpees after each set of 5 jumps
Maupin – 4 rounds
800 M Run
49 Merkins
49 Sit-Ups
49 Squats

- Nice to have Southern Belle and Ball Bag posting consistently
- Posh, Sunshine, and Ballbag set the pace early with a blistering first 800 meters
- For the record – I hate that stupid turf field and those pellets
- Not sure why the workout call for 49 reps? I looked briefly but couldn’t find.
