YHC thought long and hard about what to do for his initial lead of the F3 gang. Blueprint and Pusher made some suggestions about choosing what you like, keeping it simple first time, making sure to have extra to have enough exercises to engage PAX for 45 minutes. One thing I really enjoyed was the Battleship , so I thought to modify it so it would be a little different.

Warm up SSH 25 on your own. Arm circles front and back 25 on your own. Pusher recommended not to do cadence exercises til I have gone to Q school or felt comfortable leading. Maybe next time will be ready for cadence.
Main Thang:
Going around Emerald High school just like Battleship:
From bottom of concrete monster- run to top 30 merkins
Run to front benches- 30 step ups or box jumps
Run to flag pole-30 burpies
Run to back wall-30 Australian climbers
Run to back side of school- 30 flutter kicks
Run to benches- 30 dips
Run to bottom of hill- 30 curls Round 1 complete
Round 2- same as round 1, but 25 each repetition
Round 3- 20 each rep at each station.
A couple finished 3 full rounds, most were coming up finishing the 3rd round. Time called.
