6 Pax posted for a lot of reps of some basic exercises.  Amazing how tough some of those can be when you do so many.  100 of any exercise can be tough.  Anyway, I think it was a good workout and we definitely had a good time.

NMS:

  • It seems I always see Bluprint’s eyes roll when I mention the number of reps we’re doing.
  • Not sure why though.  Not only did he double down, but he basically left the rest of us in the dust.  Coming close to beast-mode.
  • Pusher texted me at 5:37 that he wasn’t coming cause he needed more sleep.  I told him YHC did as well.  Luckily he came to his senses and was in the parking lot when YHC arrived.  Much better with Pusher there……if not, who would we make fun of?
  • Some rumor that we did sprints on the concrete monster, then that we only walked the monster.  What really happened was that we walked the monster with coupons, but only because we were disappointed the gates were locked.  So much for the nice dry fake field, and the practice field was pretty wet!

As always, YHC was honored to lead such a wonderful group of men.  Until next time, Bean out!
