YHC once again had an opportunity arise to sub for a fellow PAX and didn’t hesitate to take the Q…..why? Cause YHC is struggling and needs a huge dose of accountability and motivation….that’s one of the ways F3 works…

With that being said, the disclaimer was issued this morning at 5:14 and as 5:15 (and MrBean) rolled up, we rolled out….

the weather was merely “ok” for runin, a little too humid for this guy…all in all it was much better than what had been forecasted early yesterday for this morning (sometimes Bean gets lucky and avoids the rain)

the route was….well duh, it’s Monday, we met at the Fountainhead for the Monday OnB, there-to-fore the route was skraight up (or is it down?) Montague or Mon-tag as my GPS calls it AND skraight back

Anyhoo, upon the return of the 6, we circled up, made an attempt at some announcements (right now I can’t recall there being any) , put out the call for prayer requests which drew one for Terry Jones aka Rocky and many unspoken I’m sure…we Ball of Maned and prayed our way out of the parking lot
