With Pusher still being down and out with illness and the Scottish hosting a Kilt party, YHC decided to grab the Q for Tsunami.
5 Pax, apparently not of Scottish decent (that has not been verified 100%), decided to not let a tilted kilt get in the way of solid workout.

NMS:
* We kid because we care. So Mr. Bean should feel like we care a lot. Get the knee right and get the kilt right and get back out here. The group is better with you in it.
* Great to see Posh back out. He’s beginning his prep work for the BRR because he’s going to run the 2nd hardest set of legs. Although he may not know that yet. But that will be no problem for him after seeing him get after it today. Like the Energizer bunny… He just keeps going.
* TRav and Blue Print are doing a great job of representing the Tsunami regulars. They set the pace from the get go and made us chase them the entire time.
* Meatloaf made the drive all the way across town for a double down after he Q’ed the Epicenter beatdown. Dude double downs wears a weight vest, and still makes the workouts look easy.
* Seeing the strong effort by all motivates me to give a little extra. They made me give a lot this morning.
Until the next Q
