There was slight confusion between Uncle Jesse and YHC over who had the Q for this workout…in the end, YHC Qed while UncleJesse manned the fartsack

For clarification around the title of this workout…Deja Vu comes from this being a very similar repeat of YHCs Q at Epicenter last week and Menage a Trois because all work was done at the bottom of the 3 way hill…didn’t want anyone to think there was weird stuff going on with the pax this morning (not that there’s anything wrong with that)

  • ita been a while since we’ve seen Merlot..:I thought Hulk was gonna serve up a glass or two but stopped short with some heavy coughing/dry heaves…maybe next time
  • #tclaps to Meatloaf who never ceases to amaze…ran to the bootcamp from Starbucks (2 miles), destroyed the bootcamp, then ran back to Starbucks…all while wearing a 20 lb weight vest
  • Weaver is sneaky good at the pull-up. Need to see this guy make a RED Friday appearance one day
