11 PAX decided to start their week with the F3 Greenwood Out-n-Back run from the Uptown Fountain.

Disclaimer given at 5:15 and off we went.

The Thang: Leave from the Uptown Fountain running north on Montague as far as you can for 22.5 minutes. Turn around and run back to the fountain returning by 6:00.
