I’ve been carrying around this workout for more than 2 weeks. I initially designed this with Terrapin in mind but after being stood up at Terrapin 2 weeks in a row, I decided to bring it to the Epicenter. These guys weren’t scared.
Kneeling Squats Suck!
It was a little too cool at first for the tank top I was sporting. Luckily it warmed up quickly.
I really like incorporating the bricks into my Qs. I’m just not so sure it’s worth the hit on my mpg.
