9 PAX fought off the fartsack and ignored the weather forecast for strong thunderstorms to enjoy a gusty and humid Out-N-Back down Montague Avenue.

Conditions: 70 Degrees with a “slight” (or so it seemed) tailwind on the out and STRONG headwind coming back

Disclaimer: Given as YHC was getting all his gadgets settled (and STILL forgot to start his watch)

Out we go….22.5 minutes each way….PAX were all separated within minutes

Count-o-rama: 9

NMS:

  • 3rd F:  YHC reminded all we each have MUCH to be thankful for…our Ms, 2.0s, health, freedom to workout in public, jobs that provide food/clothing/shelter.  While we can all look around and see things we wish we had, there are 99+% of people in the world who would love to be in our shoes.  Phillipians 4:4-Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say, REJOICE!  We are called to rejoice in ALL things, at ALL times.  Take time to reflect and be thankful for your blessings, nothing is promised.
  • Always enjoy running with my brothers.  Nice to be in shorts again…but the humidity is back and REAL, along with the wind today.
  • As always….Pacer “set” the pace or, rather, left us all behind!
  • Some went far, some went shorter, all got a good workout.
  • Great to see some new faces running with us….welcome Bubbly and Sloth

Until next time….PEACE OUT!
