Farming is hard business…a farmer wakes early, works all day, very hard, prays for rain ( Bean shoulda been a farmer) and when things look “gloomy”, he plows thru utilizing his #1 super power…2nd effort….
YHC issued …..a disclaimer…..and led a quick warm up….
lets get to the plowing…the PAX were instructed to grab 2 coupons each and gather at the base of the concrete monster. If you are at all familiar with the layout of the Shipyard, you will appreciate this…if you are not familiar, you won’t appreciate it and you should commence now to make it your life goal to familiarize yourself with the Shipyard and it’s vastness…
YHC instructed the PAX to farmers carry their coupons to the North forty, aka, far parking lot, way on the other side of the Shipyard grounds, you know, toward Lowes….yeah, no shit….that crap hurt and that was just to get to the workout….BUT! We are farmers and farmers plow thru….
once on the North 40, we proceeded to utilize the space between 4 light poles over there, doing 20 reps of various stupid crap that made every part of my body hurt….this did not look good on paper cause it didn’t make it to paper….if you haven’t figured out by now, that’s YHC’s MO….balls to the wall, no pain no gain, wide open crap….I mean c’mon , it’s 45 minutes…if you can’t suffer for that long, stay home….I’m in it for the brotherhood, not the exercising, that’s just a bonus….
….anyway, this workout required farmeresque work ethic, plowthruitness and , the theme of the day, 2nd effort…..
