Murder was the case that they gave me (shout out to Snoop Dogg). Pusher sent out a call to YHC to Q the workout today and YHC happily obliged. Being busy of late YHC recycled one of my recent Q’s. I’ve come to enjoy these building sets (thanks for the idea Baby Blu, hope your better soon and back to the gloom next week) and the repetition is nice and simple. Pusher wanted to tough Q, hopefully this Q didn’t disappoint. I don’t think it did as Pusher said we should have called the suicides up the Concrete Monster murder. But Pusher asked YHC to Q so technically he asked for it thus being assisted suicide possibly.

Blue Print quipped to Pusher “you miss me know” after the 7th or 8th exercise YHC called in succession without a second to breath between sets. Sorry not sorry that’s just what happens when YHC Q’s.

Great work today by everyone. That is a fast paced workout with set after set with a break between. I did give 3 10 second breaks and we caught our breath after the suicides while doing 30 Curls.

It’s good to be back working out and fellowshipping and leading workouts after a rough February. Still have a lingering injury holding me back a little but not keeping me from posting so that’s good.

As always appreciate the opportunity to lead.
