Three amigos decided to give Terrapin a shot this morning. YHC was expecting a light crowd due to the late night basketball game. I knew Meter was HC, so I was really hoping someone else would show in order to avoid the 2 man BOM. I received a text from Blu early stating that he had the “crud” and would not make it. Thankfully I pulled in the parking lot to find Meatloaf’s truck already parked and empty. I assume he had gone for a warm-up run, but I never confirmed it, as I decided to catch a 12 minute nap prior to the boot camp. When I awoke from my slumber, Meter was on site and Meatloaf was back. We went to work almost immediately:

- Fat Angie is always a good one. Just start the workout and go. You can mix it up by changing reps and exercises as well. I like to push the envelope a bit when utilizing the Sandwich and today was no exception. Great work by everyone to complete it.
- The least inconspicuous drug deal in the history of drug deals went down during the middle of the workout. Party A arrived on what can only be described as the loudest moped ever on the mill village side of the park. Party B walked over from the park entrance side. They conversed for a bit in the middle of the park, then departed. I was actually a little bit afraid for a while. My favorite part was when Party A departed by driving his moped across the middle of the park and out of the entrance. Crazy times at Terrapin.
- Meter and Meatloaf are two of the most consistent PAX we have in F3 Greenwood. Never an excuse, they just show up and do work. I appreciate their commitment and look forward to conquering (hopefully) the Spartan Trifecta with these guys (and Sugar).
- Bonnie Blairs are quickly becoming my “go to” exercise. They hurt so good.
